In the book Three Cups of Tea, the author places a quote from a Persian proverb in the first chapter that says "When it's dark enough, you can see the stars". While reading this, I immediately imagined myself floating into a dark, quiet space to gain clarity on all the little bits of light there are in life - even when things feel really dark and lonely.

I recommend listening with headphones/earbuds while laying on the floor with your eyes closed.
